Artist Statement

I am a practical person who enjoys making items that have a function but become wearable art. I create small light-weight cross-body bags that can hold phones and other essentials using denim, upholstery, recycled fabrics and sometimes added embroidery accents to make unique and wearable bags and purses. I also use beads to adorn earrings, bracelets, necklaces. Lately, I have been dying rope to create small trinket baskets and bracelets.
